Returns policy

Choose peace of mind. You have 90 days after the shipping date to return your awning, shade or accessory.


Your product must be new and in its original packaging. If you are returning an awning, please make sure the end caps are held by their original screws and that they have been put back in place if removed. All installation materials must be returned to us in good condition, this includes brackets, hardware and accessories.

The product must be in its original state and not have been submitted to extreme conditions.

How to return:

Please contact us by email at [email protected], send us pictures of the packaging and we will send you an authorization return number. We will also schedule an appointment with the freight company for the return pick-up.

When we have received the product, please be advised that it will be inspected and if it is in good condition, we will reimburse you within 10 business days in accordance with the payment method originally used.

This policy only applies to items bought on ; no other returns will be accepted.
